Our monthly RV rates range from $900 to $1,400 depending on lot amenities, and every pad includes full-service hookups with power, water, and septic. Monthly guests have unlimited access to the heated pool, inground hot tub, dry heat sauna, fitness room, clubhouse, and game room — the same amenities our nightly guests enjoy, with none of the extra cost.
Our 15-acre park is fully gated and enclosed, which is why snowbirds, traveling professionals, and long-term RVers returning to the Pensacola area book with us season after season. Sites accommodate rigs up to 45 feet with 20, 30, and 50 amp connections, and an onsite management team is here throughout your stay.

Rental units — including our RVs for rent, themed glampers, and sleeping cabanas — range from $70 to $160 per night, also with weekly and monthly discounts available. Every rate includes full park amenity access.
